Senior Growth Manager

We are looking for a rockstar Senior Growth Manager with a focus on growth marketing/product across life-cycle stages to lead and enhance our marketing and growth strategies. At its simplest, make X3 into X10 YoY, while helping us reshape the future of home renting.


The role requires experience in hands-on digital marketing, go-to-market strategies, growth loops, marketing funnels and general marketing knowledge (across brand, SEO, PPC, CRM and CRO). The successful Senior Growth Manager is a hunter, hungry to drive change, a great team player, and a leader in and out of the office.

Home Made need you because you have:

  • Owned marketing technology stacks across advertising, analysis and automation (including Google Marketing Platform, Mailchimp, Salesforce and other tools for lead generation and automation)
  • Managed and led marketing and growth teams.
  • Planned and executed engaging digital, and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Owned, managed, and ideated guerilla marketing awareness campaigns.
  • Manage copy and creative development processes.
  • Optimise and monitor lead flow processes from initial inquiry to customer, including campaign tracking and sales handoff processes.
  • Enable data-driven decisions for the marketing team through reporting and data analysis of program performance and impact on the business.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify marketing opportunities and implement a process for continual strategy improvement.
  • Build on and improve existing business processes to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Optimise and build on existing email nurture campaigns with analytical support, to drive maximum impact across nurture tracks.
  • Support marketing campaign evolution via A/B testing to optimize delivery, click through, and conversion.
  • Proactively stay ahead of demand generation and marketing automation best practices, strategies and industry standards.
