Outbound Sales Representative (Business Development)

London: Full time office based

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm


We are looking for an individual to join the Home Made marketing team and help set the pace for growth. The succesful candidate will focus on making outbound sales calls to help expand our offering across London. This is a really exciting opportunity as we are scaling the team significantly over the next months. HomeMade needs you if you want to:

  • Conduct warm/cold calls to select leads 
  • Conduct warm calls to select leads 
  • Serve as the first point of contact to potential customers. Accurately represent the company and the offering 
  • Effectively self-mange your lead database maximising opportunities 
  • Diligently qualify opportunities with your manager and the administration team


HomeMade need you because you have:

  • Sales experience is a must.
  • Ability to spend most working hours placing warm/cold calls with enthusiasm and patience. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with confidence and ease 
  • Previous experience in an outbound Business Development environment
  • Critical thinking and experience with a fast paced environment (start-ups a bonus) 
  • Great communication skills
