Operations Scheduler

Monday to Friday + every Second Saturday

£24,000 per annum


An exciting opportunity for a talented, versatile, and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic and rapidly growing Sales Operations Team.  We are looking for an Operations Scheduler/Coordinator to join our team and boost our capacity to deliver exceptional service to both tenants and landlords. Home Made needs you if you want to:


  • Building rapport and managing relationships with trust and efficiency with both landlords and tenants to ensure that our scheduled events happen without any issues. 
  • Manage our events through the CRM system (confirming and updating the correct information)
  • Coordinate Sales Associates travel itineraries and reviewing all the events in their calendars to confirm that everything is done and the viewings can go ahead
  • Making sure that customers are always updated with the latest, most relevant information regarding their viewings
  • Consistently look for opportunities to increase the number of events that can be delivered by our Sales Team
  • Managing the whatsApp for business accounts, ensuring that customers are provided with accurate information, and calls to action where required.
  • Regular Audit on all relevant information regarding properties and access providers to ensure it is up to date on the system
  • Liaising with the other teams in the business to help with securing access for all of Home Made events.
  • Updating Sales Associates, renters and  landlords if there are any changes 
  • Responding promptly and professionally to calls and emails to make sure that customer queries are dealt with according to our best practices. 
  • Ensuring speed of progression of the viewings is in line with individual and team targets. 
  • Supporting the Operations and Property Management teams with any tasks that need to be actioned.
  • Making sure that all relevant parties from the company are updated
  • Help with the development of the department by taking part in ad hoc project work that will add value to current processes and customer experience.

  • High EQ – You should be able to identify the customer’s needs and ensure they feel comfortable at all stages of the process. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - You must be well-equipped to deal with the urgency during what is a stressful time for landlords and tenants and manage any issues with sensitivity and diplomacy. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Great decision making and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional written and spoken verbal communication skills.
  • Above-average numeracy. 
  • Well educated, ideally to degree level (any subject). 


No industry experience is required as you will be provided with full training in all systems, processes, and legislation. This is a versatile role that allows the right individual to make an immediate impact on how we operate and deliver our services and will provide anyone with a willingness to learn an excellent commercial education.
