Field Sales Associate - HomeMade (London)

Compensation:
Basic £25K
Expected year 1 OTE £50,000+

 

The role of Sales Associate requires the successful candidate to work Monday to Friday + every 2nd Saturday. You will be given 1/2 day back in lieu for working Saturdays. The position requires daily travel across London conducting pre arranged proprerty viewings. (A driving Licence is not required for this position)

Home-Made needs you if you want to:

• Book and accompany prospective tenants on property viewings across London supported by our tech platform
• Effectively self-mange your applicant database maximising viewing opportunities
• Diligently and comprehensively record/report customer feedback and offers to your manager and the administration team
• Ensure your figures book is up to date in real time
• Generate quality leads through a variety of avenues including cold calls/networking
• Participate in marketing initiatives
• Attend regular training sessions

 

Home-Made need you because you have:

• 9 to 18 months customers facing experience a must; sales experience a bonus
• Experience in a fast paced environment; start-up a bonus
• Excellent communication skills, both in the office and with customers
• You will have an entrepreneurial drive, demonstrated through past endeavours
• A self-starter who is driven to succeed and loves hitting targets
• Willingness to contribute your ideas and feedback to the team in line with the companies overall goals - this is a start-up so your opinions are important to us!
• You’re a quick thinker and capable of assessing a customer’s needs
• You’re naturally charming, charismatic and able to establish rapport with your customers
• Possess fantastic organisational skills so you can manage and prioritise your time/tasks effectively
