Tenancy Operations Coordinator

An exciting opportunity for a talented, versatile, and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic and rapidly growing Operations Team.  We are looking for a Tenancy Operations Coordinator to join our team and boost our capacity to deliver exceptional service to both tenants and landlords. HomeMade needs you if you want to:


  • Driving the onboarding, scheduling, and quality control of all third party providers used by the Operations team. Including but not limited to, referencing and deposit protection providers, gas engineers, electricians, cleaners, and general maintenance providers. 
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all imminent policy changes pertinent to our operation. Including but not limited to, KYC checks, Tenancy Agreements, HMO’s, Gas & Electrical Safety Regulations, Landlord and Tenant Law, and Fire Safety Regulations. 
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords to establish a relationship between parties based on mutual trust 
  • Working with the Operations Associates to help coordinate the required checks to allow successful tenancy move in. 
  • Be the trusted point of contact for the department when it comes to the coordination and logistics involved with instructing third party providers to attend our properties. 
  • Be the trusted point of contact for the department when it comes to addressing feedback and conducting quality control checks with all of our providers in order to maintain the expected standards of customer service. 
  • Be responsible for researching and onboarding of new providers. 
  • Property accounting, landlord invoicing and associated financial administration. 
  • Working closely with the sales team to successfully list properties online with speed and accuracy.  
  • Organising third party tenancy services pre and in-tenancy to ensure that compliance checks are conducted within the required time frames. Including but not limited to EPC’s, EICR’s, and GSC’s.  
  • Liaising with our Operations Assistant to ensure that providers have access to properties when needed. 
  • Supporting in-tenancy administrative processes, such as deposit administration, tenancy renewals, processing of notice to end tenancies and other ad hoc processes. 
  • Maintaining the standards of speed to listing our properties and the quality of marketing materials. 
  • Conducting KYC check at point of listing new properties online. 
  • Contributing to the development of the department through ad-hoc project work which seeks to identify efficiency gains and improve the customer journey.

  • Well educated, ideally to degree level (any subject).
